Primono Batiment S.A.R.L. is an innovative construction company with over 23 years of experience in the construction industry. The PRIMONO® management and companies focus on sustainable, digitalised and environmentally friendly construction methods, including certification according to DGNB Gold Standards. With methods such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and a focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Primono offers comprehensive services that implement both new and existing projects efficiently and in a future-oriented manner.

Among other things, we work according to the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) system - with at least "DGNB Gold" certification. This includes all important phases of a property project's life cycle - from purchase, through construction and maintenance to sale.

The idea for ÖKOBILIE® and the initiative to found PRIMONO® originally came from Uwe Hallas. Our managing director and property expert recognised early on that the building sector is one of the biggest climate sinners. Even today, the property sector accounts for around a quarter of greenhouse gas emissions in Germany. In order to change this situation, he developed the vision of a digitalised, ecological and future-oriented real estate industry.
