We take into account clever highlights such as barrier-free kitchen gardens on open spaces that are self-sufficient thanks to a cistern. Even mobility concepts are not neglected and are part of our houses of the future. We are planning parking spaces and charging facilities for electric vehicles as well as for conventional bicycles. Last but not least, the topic of New Work plays a role: on request, we create special areas for home offices in the buildings, which we separate from the residential compartments using partition walls made of sustainable wood.
